That kind of dieting is what most people think about. And that is pure torture. Because your willpower can only do so much, but if your buddy is hungry, if your buddy wants to have food, and will always try to fight against your willpower. And when it comes willpower against your body, then it’s really hard to keep fighting day in and day out. So you need a diet that is easy to implement, and that helps you to boost your metabolism, so that you burn more calories, and can continue to eat healthy, without having to starve yourself to death.

There many kinds of supplements available on the market. The problem of supplements really is that 95% of them are rubbish. Everybody wants to have two that they can take, and then wake up the next morning and there looking beautiful and thin and they feel healthy and happy.
